EVALUASI FISIK TABLET AMBROXOL GENERIK DAN TABLET AMBROXOL BERMERK DAGANG

Abstract

Research has been conducted on the physical evaluation of generic Ambroxol tablets and branded Ambroxol. This research is an experimental research to test weight uniformity test and size uniformity test. By taking samples of Ambroxol generic and trademarks in circulation. This research was conducted in May-July 2022 at the Baiturrahmah University Laboratory, Padang.Based on the Ambroxol tablet test, in the size uniformity test there were three samples that did not meet the requirements, namely the generic Ambroxol tablet sample A, the Ambroxol generic B tablet sample and the Ambroxol trademark B tablet sample, while in other tests all samples met the requirements set by the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia and had good quality.
