Covid-19 is a disease that has been designated by the World Health Organization
(WHO) as a world pandemic that can cause severe acute respiratory problems that can lead to
death. Pregnant women are one of the high risk groups if contracting this virus. In Indonesia,
35,099 pregnant women have been confirmed positive for COVID-19. And it was also reported
that there was concern for mothers to carry out pregnancy checks during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This study aims to determine the description of pregnancy examination behavior during the
Covid-19 pandemic. This research study is a systematic literature review on national articles
published between 2020-2021. The results of the literature review found that there were still
many pregnant women who continued to behave routinely and obediently carry out pregnancy
checks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has also had an impact on
changes in antenatal care methods and health facilities. For this reason, it is hoped that safe
antenatal services will be available by observing strict health protocols and methods that can
adapt to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
